As an independent consultant since 2012, she has been involved in a broad spectrum of learning and development projects with both public and private sector organisations in Singapore and internationally. Since 2007, Cynthia has been actively involved in the training of trainers and consultants in the facilitation process and curriculum design skills. Besides training and development, she also work with organisations to develop their innovation capacity and coach individuals transitioning through their career and life changes.

Mr Clifford Lim has eight years of experience in training and curriculum development in the Built Environment sector. An avid hands-on person, Clifford has been involved in various operations across residential, industrial and commercial facilities. Clifford is equipped with ACTA and DDDLPv2.0, as well as various certifications in facilities management such as security, landscape and managing agent. An ENFJ with an eye for technical details, Clifford has found the perfect blend for training operational teams that require both technical and soft skills to ensure expertise and drive productivity.

Matthew Yap (Dr)

Dr Matthew Yap has been a corporate trainer for over 20 years. Specializing in aviation and maritime security, Dr Yap is also an ICAO and IMO consultant and trainer and develops guidance materials for AA and DA. Dr Yap is also a Chartered Engineer (CE- Aerospace Engineering) and competent person – security (CP-S) and presently serves as associate faculty in Public Safety and Security with SUSS and adjunct facility in Cybersecurity and Aviation Management with ERAU. As part of community service, Dr Yap serves as the Vice Chair for a School Advisory Committee (SAC) and an adjunct trainer with SPF VSC Training Command (TRACOM).
