I'm interested, how do I register my employees?
The company pays for the course fee directly through a corporate account
The company's representative will be required to create a corporate account in MyIAL and register on behalf of the sponsored learner(s).
The UEN provided must be that of the company contributing CPF for the sponsored learners. Read the User Guide below for step-by-step guidance and read the course details carefully before proceeding with registration.
The learner(s) first pays for the course fee and get reimbursed by their company after.
Unlike option one, the learner will go through the same process as a learner that is not company-sponsored.
The individual will register as a self-sponsored learner, pay for the course fee prior and request for reimbursement from their company after. Read the self-sponsored user guide below for step-by-step guidance on how to register.

Administrative Information for Company-Sponsored Learners
- The UEN provided must be that of the company contributing CPF for the sponsored learners.
- Company-sponsored learners must meet the 75% attendance requirement per module for their company claim Absentee Payroll. Government entities and private entities held under a government agency whose manpower expenditure is partially government-funded are not eligible for AP funding.
- Learners enrolled in WSQ courses are obliged to meet the attendance requirements and achieve the competencies. Otherwise, IAL reserves the right to recover the course grants/subsidies disbursed.
- If a sponsored learner quits their job midway through the course, there will be no course fee refund to the company for the unconsumed modules. The learner may continue to complete the course.
- Learners whose course fees are paid by their company are not allowed to switch to 'self-sponsored' status later.
- Companies cannot use individuals' SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to pay for the course fee (in part or in full).
- Registration is based on a first-come-first-serve basis. IAL cannot waitlist or reserve seats for interested applicants, and there is no billing or e-invoicing to the company.
- To secure enrolment in the preferred course schedule, the company's representative should make payment via eNets/credit card (VISA or MasterCard) at the end of the registration process.
- The system will automatically cancel the enrolment if full payment is not received by 11:59 pm (Singapore Time) on the same day of registration. The company's representative will then need to re-register for the course, subject to availability at the time of re-registration.
- Please refer to IAL Withdrawal/Refund Terms and Conditions for requests by company to replace a registered learner with another employee.
Dedicated 'Corporate-run' organised by company:
- The company's representative may contact IAL to organise a specific course run for their employees if they can form a class of a minimum of 12 learners.
- For dedicated corporate runs, billing and payment terms will be based on the signed contract with IAL.
- The UEN provided must be that of the company contributing CPF for the sponsored learners.
