Aggie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Murdoch University. She conducts local and international large-scale quantitative research on adult skills, jobs and adult education. She is currently the National Data Manager of the Singapore team that is implementing the second cycle of the International Survey of Adult Skills, under the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC), which is an initiative of the OECD.
