Since 1994 the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) has promoted the value of facilitation worldwide through the establishment of international standards and by providing support and recognition for the professional development of facilitators. It is the preferred certification body for aspiring and practicing Professional Facilitators across the continents. Our Professional Development Path (PDP) allows for a facilitator to undertake one stage at a time, ending at any one of them or advancing along the Pro-Path as part of an evolving career.
This session will be conducted face-to-face at IAL, In.lab Open Space. More details on participating in the session will be send to the confirmed registrants.
What Is The Session About?
Through this session, you will gain an understanding of the IAF Core Competencies and the 5 stages of PDP, including IAF Endorsed™ Facilitator (EF) to IAL Master IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator | Emeritus (CPF | E), through an interactive and experiential session. There will be Q&A time for you to further clarify your thoughts and curiosity.

About The Speaker
Peter Seah (Mr)
Peter Seah is a certified IAL Assessor and a Ceritifed Professional Facilitator (since 2006), He held the post of President of the IAL Singapore Chapter from Mar 2018 to Apr 2023. He has extensive experience working with leaders and their teams in Singapore, South-East Asia, East Asia and Middle East countries, specialising in change management (through Objectives and Key Results, Learning Organisation, Systems Thinking, Human Systems Dynamics), and curating collaborative conversations.
He is also certified in ACLP, Adult Specialist Educator (Facilitation), and Workplace Specialist. He is the creator of the "Generative Facilitator" and Contemplative Inquiry programmes, and holds numerous professional certification for examples Systems Thinking, Mapping and Leadership (Cabrera Research), Advanced Systems Thinking Facilitator (WatersCentre), Organisation Workshop (Power & Systems), and Sustainability Mindset Coach (SM Indicator), amongst many others.
