What Is The Session About?
In today’s evolving learning landscape, educators must go beyond delivering content, they must facilitate transformation. This hands-on workshop invites participants to bring a training or workshop they wish to enhance. Together, we’ll use facilitation techniques and peer wisdom to reimagine your programmes, making them more engaging, participatory, and impactful for today’s learners.
What Does The Session Cover?
Participants will experience and apply facilitation techniques to improve training design and learner engagement, either by refining their own session or by helping fellow participants enhance theirs.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to take-away the following:
2. Select and apply suitable facilitation tools to increase engagement, participation, and learner ownership.
3. Contribute to the design improvement of others’ training programmes through structured group feedback.
