What Is The Session About?
In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, integrating emerging technologies is no longer a choice but necessary for organizational survival and success. Leaders and middle managers play a pivotal role in leading and driving transformative change in the digital age – assessing emerging technology trends and optimizing new technologies for workplace innovation. Take, for example, the convergence of AI and quantum computing, which presents opportunities but challenges cybersecurity progress. How might leaders leverage advancements strategically? Navigating this complex terrain requires a deep understanding of AI's potential and the ability to evaluate emerging technology against technological trends and business requirements for potential application to the organization’s operating environment.
This course empowers Leaders, Senior Managers, Decision-makers, Business owners, and working professionals to lead digital transformation in the era of AI where adaptation is paramount. It will equip them with knowledge and strategic insights to navigate and thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of technology-driven change and leverage technologies effectively for organizational success.
The 3-day training program will equip participants with the essential tools and strategies to lead amidst the disruptive forces of emerging technological trends. Here's the breakdown of the topics covered:
1. Identifying Emerging Technologies: Participants will survey the technology landscape, discover key trends, and explore their potential value for their organization's needs. The curriculum discusses emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Genomics & Biotechnology, Brain Computer Interface, Robotics, Mixed Reality, the Metaverse, Big Data, and more.
2. Demystifying AI: Participants will gain a practical understanding of AI fundamentals through interactive demos and hands-on experience with selected tools.
3. Evaluating the Value of Adopting Emerging Technologies: Participants will determine the suitability of emerging technologies for their organization through case studies and group discussions of best practices. They explore success stories, analyze stakeholder needs, evaluate the organization's operational readiness to adopt technological solutions, and propose suitable solutions to meet organizational needs.
4. Applying the How of Change Management: Participants will acquire essential tools and strategies to lead change. They will gain insights into strategic thinking for aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals. Participants will develop change management plans, devise strategies to overcome specific challenges, and evaluate the feasibility of implementing new technologies or services to enhance organizational success.

Payment
Please proceed to make payment via eNets/credit card (VISA or MasterCard) at the end of the registration process. Kindly note that the system will automatically cancel the registration if full payment has not been successfully processed by 11.59pm (Singapore Time) on the same day of the registration. You will have to reapply for the course, subject to availability of vacancy at the point of your re-registration.

Singaporeans aged 25 years old and above are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit which can be used to offset the selected programmes' fees for self-sponsored registrations only.
Please note the submission period for your SFC claim via MySkillsFuture needs to be within 60 days before the course start date (date inclusive). If your course start date is more than 60 days from the date of SFC application, the SSG-SFC portal would reject your application. In this case, you would need to pay the full course fees at the end of your course application.

Rescheduling
Request for rescheduling must be submitted to IAL 2 weeks before the commencement of programme. Reschedule requests that come mid-way through training has to be supported by valid reasons; substantiated by references as evidence; such as a doctor's note; or a hospitalization chit.

Withdrawal
Request for withdrawal from a programme is subjected to review by IAL and the decision is final. IAL reserves the right to request for supporting document(s). A non-refundable administration fee of
S$54.50 w/GST ($50) is applicable for withdrawal request. If the withdrawal notice is given less than 2 weeks before the programme start date, the paid fees will not be refunded.
Corporate Run
For dedicated corporate runs with a contract signed with IAL, billing and payment will follow the terms of the signed contract. Otherwise, payment would be expected upon registration.
