This is a fully online session conducted via ZOOM. Participants can participate in the session from any venue of their convenience with a laptop / device that is compatible with ZOOM. More details on participating in the session will be send to the confirmed registrants.

What Is The Session About?

The human mind works so quickly that realisations often occur without conscious thinking. As coaches, our role is to facilitate the growth of our coachees by helping them transform their learning and insights into actionable steps, grounding them in their current thinking.

Through coaching, coachees can become more self-aware and uncover the root causes behind their challenges or their contexts. Coaches also support coachees in reflecting on their progress, even those they may not have previously realised. It is important for coaches to go beyond surface-level-questions like "What have you learned today?' and encourage coachees to have autonomy in the coaching process.

In this session, participants will have a short demonstration and opportunities to practice in the breakout rooms. Experienced coaches are welcomed to approach us to be involved in facilitating fellow Adult Educators in the breakout sessions.

What Does The Session Cover?

By the end of this session, participants will be able to take-away the following:

Work with clients to integrate their new learnings, awareness, and insights into their worldviews and behaviours
Assist coaches in designing an actionable and effective action plan
Empower coachees to utilise their learnings to move forward

Who Is It Suitable For?

Aspiring coaches, experienced coaches, professionals with knowledge of coaching, internal coaches, corporate L&D professionals who are keen to learn how to handle various coaching conversations.
