This will be followed by an individual practical exercise for participants to consider how the topic may affect them (or their organisation) and develop a personalised legal risk assessment plan. There will be a concluding discussion at the end for participants to share their views and obtain feedback on practical steps they can take to address their legal risks.

This includes being able to identify legal risks that may impact them personally and applying strategies to address or mitigate such risks.
Participants will be required to demonstrate their understanding, application and analysis of legal issues that may affect them in the course of their work as adult educators by developing a personalised legal risk assessment plan that identifies at least 4 specific legal risks that may affect them and list 1 to 2 strategies or practices they can adopt to address or mitigate each of them.
