About The Speaker
Peter Seah (Mr)
Peter Seah is a certified IAL Assessor and a Ceritifed Professional Facilitator (since 2006), He held the post of President of the IAL Singapore Chapter from Mar 2018 to Apr 2023. He has extensive experience working with leaders and their teams in Singapore, South-East Asia, East Asia and Middle East countries, specialising in change management (through Objectives and Key Results, Learning Organisation, Systems Thinking, Human Systems Dynamics), and curating collaborative conversations.
He is also certified in ACLP, Adult Specialist Educator (Facilitation), and Workplace Specialist. He is the creator of the "Generative Facilitator" and Contemplative Inquiry programmes, and holds numerous professional certification for examples Systems Thinking, Mapping and Leadership (Cabrera Research), Advanced Systems Thinking Facilitator (WatersCentre), Organisation Workshop (Power & Systems), and Sustainability Mindset Coach (SM Indicator), amongst many others.
Loh Teck Kwang (Mr)
Loh Teck Kwang is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator | Master, and he is the Chief Catalyst for Pareto Solutions. His Passion is in unlocking organisations' & peoples' true potential. He specialises in strategic planning & visioning, and he does intervention work to enable high performing teams. He also conducts regular workshops to train and develop facilitators. He has been volunteering with the IAF community for more than 10 years; through professional sharing and conference presentations.
