Manish Arneja is a professional speaker and Managing Partner with The Resilience Institute in South-East Asia. He is passionate about building the capacity of leaders to navigate challenges and perform sustainably. 

After successfully leading organisational change & transformation in Europe and Asia for 16 years within Fortune 500 businesses, his aspirations to support thriving cultures in organisations led him to pursue a career in training and coaching. 

He has trained thousands of leaders in diverse organisations such HSBC, Grab, Unilever, Danone, AXA, Nestle and Microsoft and has worked on Organisational Development projects with senior level executives in 11 countries within Asia and Europe. He is a certified Ontological Team Coach, Resilience Coach and certified in various human performance tools. He has delivered Resilience, Leadership and Engagement keynotes at various conferences across the globe. 

Manish holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management with post-graduate qualifications in Organisational Development from Heriot-Watt University, UK. Manish is a Singaporean who grew up in India and the UK. Participants of his keynote and workshops find his energy inspiring and calming at the same time and come back evidence-based, practical take-aways for themselves and their teams.
