Critical Core Skills Profiling for Singaporean Workforce

Welcome to Critical Core Skills (CCS) Profiling for Singaporean workforce!

CCS are a set of 16 competencies across three skills clusters, namely Critical Thinking, Interacting with Others and Staying Relevant, that workplaces deem essential. 

The CCS Profiling is a self-assessment diagnostic tool that is designed to assess Singaporean workforce’s CCS competency. 

The CCS Profiling can be completed within 30 minutes, it informs you about your CCS strengths and gaps, according to the CCS required by your occupation. Upon completion, you can download the report directly, and receive it through your email. 

The insights on your CCS strengths and gaps will inform about the opportunities to apply your CCS, and areas to further enhance your CCS.
