Changing Forms of Work Arrangements and Boundaryless Careers Survey

Your Views are Needed on Your Work & Career

Thank you for your interest in this survey conducted by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL). This survey seeks to understand the nature of work, working conditions, training and career development of workers in Singapore.

Who are the participants?

We are interested in persons working in Singapore. We are especially interested in persons in different work arrangements such as work from home (before/since Covid pandemic), part-time, rotating/shift work, flexible work arrangements, freelancers, gig workers, etc.

We would like to hear from you if you are:

    • Aged 21 to 70 years
    • Engaged by a local company/organization for work with pay
    • Unemployed and previously worked before in a local company during the past one week.

Your views will help to contribute towards understanding and developing better policies and practices for workers including their training, career development and wellbeing. We invite you to participate in an online survey of about 60 minutes. As an appreciation of your participation, shopping vouchers worth $50 each will be given upon full completion of the survey.
