ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN TRAINING AND ADULT EDUCATION SURVEY
Thank you for participating in this survey conducted by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL). It will take you about 20 minutes to complete all the questions. The purpose of this survey is to understand the usage and perception of AI in education.
Who are the participants?
We invite ALL educators working in higher education/continuing adult education and training to participate in our survey. It will cover all Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), public and private educational institutions and in-house training organisations. We invite all adult educators including but not limited to full time, part time, who perform the roles of Learning Facilitator, Assessor, Courseware Developer, Learning Technology Designer, Learning Consultant/Learning Solutionist, Curriculum Lead. The information provided by you will be invaluable to help IAL better understand the use of AI in the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector and improve programmes and initiatives meant for professionals like yourself.
When do I need to complete the survey?
Please complete all the questions in the survey before 17 November 2023. All your responses will be auto saved. You could come back to the survey if you cannot complete all questions in one sitting.
In recognition of your time and contribution, we offer you a S$20 e-voucher as a token of our appreciation. Please note that the e-voucher can only be redeemed in Singapore; hence only educators based in Singapore will be eligible to receive the e-voucher.
Data protection and confidentiality
No identifying information will be collected in this survey.
Data collection is through a secure online survey platform and all data will be stored on password-protected devices. Data may be used anonymously for further research beyond the current study.
Please note that the data we collect for our study will be anonymous from the start. Thus it will not be possible to identify and remove your data at a later date, should you decide to withdraw from the study.
