This paper aims to delve deeper into this evolving landscape. It will investigate the specific ways AI is being implemented within the Singaporean TAE sector. Additionally, it will explore the perceptions amongst adult educators using questions adapted from a theoretical model of user acceptance and usage of technology, called the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) (Davis, Bagozzi, & Warshaw, 1989). Lastly, it looks into the impact of AI on the AEs’ work, as well as the type of professional development activities the AEs have participated in to train in the use of AI in the context of TAE.
