Yvonne Anjelina is the Director for The Etiquette School, a training academy that she had set up. She is also an associate trainer, assessor, and courseware developer with several training institutions. Having trained corporations the likes of Jumeirah Maldives, St Regis, Singapore Island Country Club and government bodies in Singapore, Yvonne’s passion towards nurturing a gracious society and changing the service mindsets of individuals is the reason she continues to be in the education industry today. Yvonne is also the author of the etiquette book, ‘Is that your bread plate or mine?’
