Dr Yim-Teo Tien Hua is a certified professional who provides CET-related advice, designs and develops curriculum, and conducts training, coaching and assessment at various CET institutions. She had held various senior positions including Director at WDA, where she had established the WSQ System. Dr Yim-Teo was also the Associate Professor of Management at NTU, the Director of Curriculum Development at ITE, and the Head of Student Affairs and Deputy Head of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at SP. Her research is in Change Management. She had received various awards for her contributions to the community, including the Certificate of Recognition as the finalist of the Outstanding Young Persons of Singapore Award in 1996 and the Singapore Public Service Medal (PBM) on the National Day 2008.
