Lai Fong started her career in 1992, designing policies on workforce development at the national level. In 2000, she joined the private sector as a consultant, leading projects in leadership, learning and organisation development. She re-joined the public sector in 2007 as Director, OD, before moving over to the Civil Service College as a Principal Specialist. Prior to joining IAL in April 2019, she was freelancing as Associate Faculty at SUSS, and Learning Consultant at SeraphCorp Institute. She holds a Doctorate in Human and Organisational Learning and Masters in HRD from The George Washington University. She is a Certified Workplace Learning Specialist and is trained in facilitation, action learning, coaching and design thinking.
