Yang Yen Thaw is an AAE, certified adult trainer, RMC, and lawyer and has run his own law firm for 12 years. Yen Thaw has interwoven his diverse experience to create innovation and creativity in a unique technique meeting the needs of Industry 4.0. Yen Thaw has developed his own critical thinking process called QUESTS© – used for decision making, problem solving, and process development, and an original design thinking model – D.E.S.I.G.N.© He has also developed courseware relating to Design Thinking for Data Protection, Critical Thinking, and Business Negotiations. Yen Thaw holds degrees in law, several certifications, and certificates in technology particularly AI and Data Protection.
