Vince set up his own spa business, ‘M Square Bodyworks’, in 2002. After 7 years, he sold his spa business to seek employment with Mary Chia Holdings Ltd and has since, worked his way up from a Branch Manager to Head of Sales & Operation. Being in the beauty, spa and wellness industry for more than 17 years, he has acquired in-depth knowledge of the various aspects of the industry, including compliance to Police Licensing regulations, CASE and ISO requirements. He is also an Associate Trainer for Singapore Spa Institute, as well as an approved People’s Association Trainer. Vince holds a BSc in Management with International Business from Royal Holloway, UOL. Additionally, he also holds CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ and ACTA qualifications.
