Varghese Harry is a dynamic and committed professional with extensive experience as an adult educator who is passionate about designing learning experiences that empower learners to connect and make positive changes in their work and personal lives. Besides facilitating the WSQ ACTA programme, Harry designs and develops courseware for both WSQ and non-WSQ courses. In addition, he has developed Competency Standards and Curriculum Training & Assessment Guide for a number of WSQ Frameworks. Currently, Harry is a freelance training consultant. He is also an adjunct Adult Educator with IAL and a consultant with Sigma Solutions. His strength is in designing and developing blended learning and eLearning content. In addition, he provides consultation services about setting up an Approved Training Organisation (ATO).
