Thomas Tan specialises in the training and development of real estate salespersons and has trained over 10,000 students taking the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examinations. He has also developed and trained Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses to upskill existing agents. His scope of knowledge covers government policies to soft skills like leadership, negotiation and communications skills. Thomas volunteers as President for the Singapore Estate Agents Association, which looks after the interests of Property agents & Agencies. He is actively involved in various committees comprising of ministries, statutory boards and private firms, with the aim of arming agents with skills for a brighter future. He holds a Master of Training and Development, BBA, CEHA, ACTA and DACE.
