Tham Chien Ping is a practising senior HR/OD practitioner with close to 10 years of local and regional HR specialist and generalist experience in the government, MNCs and local companies. Accredited by professional HR bodies in US, UK, Australia and Canada, Chien Ping has consulted with clients from SMEs, NPOs and MNCs in various HR areas and has designed and conducted workshops in HR, business and leadership skills. He has also facilitated management meetings and strategic planning sessions, and has been invited to speak at HR conferences locally and regionally. Chien Ping also possessed extensive experience in the full ADDIE spectrum of adult learning solutions. He holds a MSc in Organisational & Industrial Psychology from Baruch College and an OD Certificate with NTL Institute, both in the US, and completed his tertiary education with NUS and NTU (NIE).
