Terri Chua’s expertise is in facilitating and developing managerial, executive and frontline staff in the service and hospitality industries to move them up the value chain. He has designed and developed programmes to enhance work performance in companies. Terri has developed WSQ Employability Skills courseware for the managerial, supervisory and operations levels, as well as Literacy, F&B and Tourism modules for the CET sector. His courseware and training are strongly grounded in sound theory and result-oriented applications. Terri holds a Master of Arts in Lifelong Learning, BSc, Specialist Diploma in Hospitality and Resort Management, Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education, Diploma of Educational Studies in Educational Counselling, Diploma in Tourism and an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment.
