Tang Buay Choo has close to 30 years of experience in learning and development, of which 20 years were in the development of teachers, training facilitators and learning designers in classroom-based, technology-enabled and, more recently, workplace learning styles. Buay Choo has had working experience in both private and public sectors of Singapore and the Asian region. Her areas of specialisation spans from training management, learning performance consultancy, training evaluation, to learning design, development, implementation and assessment at both the courseware and curriculum levels. She has presented papers on learning design at international conferences such as EdMedia and ELearn and co-published a book chapter on developing instructional designers through Communities of Practice.
