Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in HR, Leadership, and OD, Fred is passionate in helping organizations develop trusted and effective leaders. With unique operational experience in East Timor, Banda Aceh and United Nations HQ and proven track record at the senior management level, Fred was the SAF’s Head of Centre for Leadership Development, where he implemented a top-of-class LD system for over 15,000 military leaders annually, winning the “Best in Leadership Development” from HRM Asia in 2016. A West Point graduate, Fred holds a MSc in HR Development & Management from NYU and a Master in Human Capital Leadership from SMU. He received his training in Leadership Development and Crisis Leadership at Harvard University.
