Tan Swee Suan is passionate about creating a better and more caring society. She actively trains in areas such as Emotional Intelligence, Team Effectiveness, Diversity, Service Excellence and Leadership. Swee Suan draws upon her prior experience in the Ministry of Education (MOE), where she had led teams and developed officers to take on professional development roles. To this end, she has worked with school leaders, company managers and service personnel for more than a decade, facilitating workshops and retreats to renew passion, emerge clarity and commitment. Swee Suan holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University, Diploma in Education and is certified in ACTA.
