Joseph, an Associate with Improvement Consulting, is an ISPI certified International Performance Professional™ and facilitator who has certified learners from the finance, electronics, real estate, and pharmaceutical sectors in performance improvement. He was the Dir. of Training at multinational, Fortune 500, and top 10 TEA hospitality/tourism corporations and subsidiaries. His recognitions include Training Magazine’s China TD Advanced Training Worker and Outstanding Guest Correspondent Awards. He is now working on the English version of The Logic of Management, 2017’s Top Ten Most Popular Economic Management Books. Joseph holds an MA from NUS, and is an AAE with IAL. He is also ACTA and Emergenetics® certified, and has a Dip. in TESOL.
