Susan Ng is an experienced adult educator in the areas of facilitation and curriculum development (OJT & WSQ). In her 20 years of experience as a Learning & Development professional, she has acquired professional experience in various domains including Training, Logistics, E-commerce and the Public Service. She has also been actively involved in staff development, conducting training, coaching and assessment focused on adult learners. Susan is currently a workplace learning facilitator with IAL. She takes a strong interest in helping people build capabilities and empowering them to be active contributors at the workplace. Susan graduated with a Master of Business in Logistics Management degree from RMIT University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Management degree from the University of Bradford, U.K. Professionally, she is certified in both ACTA and DACE.
