Sunny Phua has been involved in training, coaching and consulting for more than 30 years with extensive experience in developing competency-based standards and training programmes for industries covering leadership, security, service excellence and training. Sunny is a qualified facilitator for the series of train the trainer programmes including ACTA and DACE. He is ACTA-certified as well as a graduate of the Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education. As a lifelong learner, he is currently pursuing a Professional Diploma in LPM.
