Sumadi is an adjunct trainer and assessor with IAL since 2009. She has facilitated more than 170 training sessions that has impacted more than 1300 learners. Her passion in developing people, is exemplified in all her learning and development endeavours. She has developed about 15 WSQ courseware, that have been approved with minimum amendments. Her belief in developing people extends to workplace learning as well. Prior to being an adjunct trainer, Sumadi was a training manager at MINDEF, managing learning and development projects, till 2007. Her background allows her to work well uniformed groups as well.
