Sophie Tay is a Principal Learning Consultant, a credentialed Professional Coach (PCC) by ICF and a registered Counsellor with Singapore Association of Counselling. Sophie is also a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She holds an Advanced Certificate for Training and Assessment (ACTA), and is also accredited to use the MBTI personality profile and the DiSC Dimensions of Behaviour. She was a former Head of Money Markets with a foreign bank. She holds a Master of Social Science in Professional Counselling from the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, and a Master in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney.
