Simon Lam is an adult trainer with more than 20 years of training and teaching in adult education with various ATOs like SNEF, SFIC, SQ service centre, SP and Parkway College. Simon specialises in the domains of communication, customer service, eye-care (Opticianry and Optometry), sales and marketing, retailing and business development. Before turning to training, Simon was the General Manager of an optical chain store managing both local and overseas business. A partial list of his clients includes IBM, NEC, Show Foundation, Ciba Vision, Hong Kong E&E Optics, Igel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, and AMO. He holds a BSc in Clinical Optometry with Salus University, USA and a few post-graduate qualifications, including a Diploma in Marketing (CIM, UK), MBA (Hull, UK), ACTA (WDA) and DACE (IAL).
