Sim Khee Lian is currently the Director of Wong Fong Academy Pte Ltd and Black Swan Asia Pte Ltd, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations set up a training capability. Khee Lian has developed courseware for modules under the Essential Skills Systems and Service Excellence Frameworks as well as the full suite of documents (CS, CTAG, SC, SAP) for a number of modules under the Process Industry Frameworks for the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. He is currently an Adjunct Adult Educator with the Institute for Adult Learning who conducts training for the modules under WTP and ACTAv5. Khee Lian holds a MSc in Management (HR and Global Leadership) from Baruch College, City University of New York (2009).
