Shweta Goel brings 19 years of experience in the field of learning and development, as well as consulting and auditing. She was the Quality Manager and Lead Assessor for various ISO standards. She is currently leading projects in Management Soft Skills, Productivity, Problem Solving, System Thinking and Emotional Intelligence (both WSQ and non WSQ), ICDL & IT trainings in various organizations for their high-performance personnel development from Operations to Managerial level. She has designed and developed many varied levels of blended learning programmes that is customised to customer needs.
