Shenton started his career as an engineer in the oil and gas industry. The call of the helping profession led his to pursue a career in HR with a specialisation on learning and performance. His unique career experience in the military, private sector, public service and volunteer organisations has given him a broad perspective of leading, learning and legacies. Shenton has a Master of Science Degree in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He is a member of the Chartered College of Teaching (London). He is also a behavioural analyst, coaching executives using brain-friendly approaches.
