Dr Shefaly Shorey is an Assistant Professor at Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Her research and education focus revolves around family and women’s health, comprehensive health assessment, communication skills, and research methodology. She has designed psychosocial and educational interventions for varied group of populations. Dr Shorey’s research focus is on enhancing health outcomes, quality of care, and students’ satisfaction in nursing education. Dr Shorey has received various awards for her academic and research excellence. She has been invited at various conferences and the findings of her research have been presented at national, regional and international conferences.
