See Teck Meng has developed training and assessment materials for WSQ programmes in TAE, LPM, and Service Excellence frameworks for accreditation by WDA. In 2015, Teck Meng has also developed blended learning for NTU’s technology enabled learning initiative and the SAF LEARNET project. Teck Meng currently facilitates the ACTA and DACE programmes. These training programmes have enabled Teck Meng to interact with participants from various services and industries. Teck Meng designs and conducts workshops for different organisations based on specific requirements. His experience and exposure to training and curriculum development goes back to the time when Teck Meng was an officer with the Republic of Singapore Navy.
