He is a highly sought after facilitator and assessor of Training Organisations offering trainings to public members and/or corporate customers. Since he has extensive knowledge in both public and private properties, he has developed and conducted In-house blended learning, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and Train The Trainer Programme (TTT). His scope of knowledge covers government policies to soft skills such as facilitation, leadership, negotiation and communication. He is WSQ ACTA Certified, A National Certified Facilitator and Assessor.
