Rhonny Chan is an adult educator with over ten years of working experience who currently practices at Institute for Adult Learning, Civil Service College, and several private ATOs. As an enabler of blended learning, Rhonny consults with organisations to enhance people performance through a wide range of accredited training programmes that focus on making learning happens in the classroom and beyond. As a certified practitioner with SkillsFuture Singapore, Rhonny also supports organisations in becoming Approved Training Organisation (ATOs), establish a Quality Assurance (QA) system, and roll out curriculum that blends work processes with appropriate learning pedagogy.
