Rachel enjoyed a successful HR career in many industries. Currently as a Regional HR Director of Aztech, her role is to implement strategic HR initiatives to recruit, groom and retain talents in the organization for greater success. Rachel has an appreciation for cultural diversity, having experience in managing offices in Chile, Greater China, France, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Peru and Vietnam. Over the years, she has worked with local and foreign C- level decision makers, managers and the rank and file. Her go-getter personality has enable her to view matters from various viewpoints and perspectives. Rachel holds a Bachelor Degree from University of Hertfordshire and IHRP – SP.
