Philip, a manager in ST Engineering for ILS and Kaizen/OD, develops training curriculum and facilities sessions in the classroom, e-learning/tech-enabled, and workplace learning modalities. For Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), the training topics cover the design, operation, and maintenance of the system. And he provides consultancy and coaching to system suppliers to develop customized training. For organization development (OD), he also provides consultancy, training and coaching to Kaizen teams on workplace improvement projects. Philip holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, B.Eng (1st Hon) from the University of Edinburgh and an ACLP as well as DDDLP qualifications.
