Patrina Loo has more than 15 years of experience in adult education, and is adept in training, facilitation, coaching and consultation. Having worked with diverse audience from sectors including Public Service, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics and Early Childhood education, she has designed and facilitated training in service excellence, communications, coaching, innovation, personal development and family life education. Patrina’s involvement with IAL spans from sectoral research and interventions for security and retail sectors to a Career Advisory role in developing freelance adult educators. Patrina holds a Master in Training and Development, Advance Certificate in Career Development Facilitation (GCDF-SG) and is ACTA and DACE-certified.
