Mika Swee is an entrepreneur who is concurrently running two training and consultancy companies providing service consultancy and training to both individuals and corporate clients. She specialises in management and psychology, and her training is imbued with improved state of well-being and psychological needs. She has also developed numerous programmes on demand for corporate clients and designed service standards for highly esteemed organisations. Prior to running her businesses, she was Head of Quality Assurance for an ATO where she ensured high standards are maintained.
