Mia Chua is an experienced curriculum developer, facilitator and assessor in the areas of Leadership and Service Excellence. She has worked with MNCs and SMEs in industries such as financial services, hospitality and education since 2006. She has also provided consultancy services in the OD and HRD arenas. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, Mia is dedicated to sharing knowledge and skills to enable people to achieve and enjoy greater satisfaction in their work and personal life. Mia holds a Master in Business Administration awarded by Fudan University and MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor Degree in Business (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. She also holds a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education and an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
