Mel Goh has 15 years of experience covering training & assessment, courseware design, design/support of training systems and instructional technology. Mel seeks to bring out the best in people and teams by being a great coach, listener and inspirer. Her training focus is in the domains of Service Excellence, Leadership and Communication. Her clients come from the retail, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, engineering and public sectors. Mel was awarded first prize by the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts in 2008 for innovative teaching methodology, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of London. She is a certified facilitator by Saturn Corporation Consulting Services, USA and is ACTA-certified.
