Martin, Principal Consultant at EnviroNiche LLP, has been involved with L&D consultancy since 2012. His portfolio includes performing industry TNA, developing performance standards and training roadmaps for industries such as manufacturing, process, ICT, engineering, social service, amongst others. Despite being an engineer, he constantly challenges himself to develop programmes for other sectors. He co-developed two offenders reintegration programmes for the Singapore Prison Services, attended by thousands of inmates yearly; as well as Roles & Responsibilities, a psychoeducation and therapy tool that is adopted by hundreds of social service practitioners. Martin has a Master of Engineering from NUS and a DACE qualification from IAL.
