Maggie is the founder of Dog Haven Grooming Salon and has over 16 years’ experience in the Pet Care industry as a pet stylist, consultant and pet-care educator. She designed and conducted one day Basic Dog Grooming and Essential First Aid courses for pet-care professionals and pet owners. She is also an adjunct trainer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic for the Basic Dog Grooming course. As the only certified Canine First Responder (CFR)™ Instructor in Singapore, she has facilitated the CFR™ course for pet-related organisations and pet owners since 2015. She has also been invited to speak and provide pet first aid service at numerous pet events. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has attained the ACTA and DACE certifications.
