She has been actively engaged as a Facilitator, Assessor, Curriculum Developer and Auditor to help organisations optimise their human capital and upkeep the robustness of their training systems. She is a certified trainer for “Relationship Awareness Theory and Strength Deployment Inventory” as well as “Sales Techniques and Review” Program. She has also completed “Curriculum Design and Instructional Skills” Program by LIMRA International and attained ACTA.
