Dr Lynda Wee is the Chief Executive of Bootstrap Pte Ltd. Prior to these, she was the Senior Vice President of Learning and Development at CapitaLand Limited and the Founding Principal of CapitaLand Institute of Management and Business. She serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Nanyang Technological University and is a Senior Practising Management Consultant from Singapore Business Advisors and Consultants Council. She was bestowed TEC Champion Award from the Prime Minister’s Office and won 3 Innovation Awards from IAL. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Retail) from the University of Stirling, Team Based Learning from Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Certified Workplace Learning Specialist, and ACTA.
