She supports organisations through the change process to build agile cultures where people are engaged, take ownership and collaborate to work more effectively together to build high performing and values-driven teams. She facilitates board & management retreats, strategic planning & visioning retreats, leadership & team development programs. She coaches individuals & teams. She holds an honours degree in Building and a graduate diploma in Business Administration. An IAF CertifiedTM Professional Facilitator and an ICF Associate Certified Coach, she is also certified in Action Learning, Lego® Serious Play®, Emergenetics, MBTI and trained in systemic team coaching.
